Con la exposición sobre la función de la Oficina de Transferencia Tecnológica con proyectos tecnológicos agropecuarios y el Laboratorio Nacional, así como la importancia de continuar el trabajo de la Modalidad Dual fueron algunos puntos que se trataron en la Primera Sesión Ordinaria del Consejo de Vinculación del Tecnológico Nacional de México, campus Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia e Instituto Tecnológico del Valle de Morelia.
En la reunión que se realizó en el Clustertim de la ciudad, el presidente del Consejo de Vinculación y empresario, Valentín Rodríguez Gutiérrez, agradeció la invitación por permitirle presidir este espacio en el que compartió su experiencia y resaltó la importancia de construir alianzas basadas en la confianza y la transparencia de los números al participar o emprender un negocio; también reconoció que los mejores colaboradores que ha tenido son egresados del Tecnológico de Morelia y del Valle de Morelia, por ello la importancia de participar en este Consejo.
En la sesión también asistió la Directora del Instituto de Educación Media Superior y Superior del Estado de Michoacán, Mtra. Mariana Sosa Olmeda, quien estuvo presente como invitada.
En su participación, el Director del TecNM campus Morelia, Dr. José Luis Gil Vázquez y el Jefe de Departamento de la División de Estudios de Posgrado e Investigación, Dr. Javier Vergara Hernández, presentaron a los miembros del Consejo el trabajo que se realiza en la Oficina de Transferencia Tecnológica de esta institución educativa.
El Director del TecNM Campus Morelia, recordó que la institución educativa cuenta con el personal capacitado en diversas áreas del conocimiento, a través del cual se realizan proyectos de investigación y desarrollo que atienden las necesidades de los diferentes sectores de la sociedad.
A su vez, Vergara Hernández precisó que la oficina de Transferencia Tecnológica tiene la justificación de su creación como la innovación, como una búsqueda continua de nuevas soluciones en los ámbitos económicos y social, juega un papel determinante en la construcción de un espacio de bienestar social que busca dar atributos de oportunidad y crecimiento económico a la población del Estado de Michoacán.
“Cuál es la mejor justificación para presentar una oficina de este tipo, es la de mejorar la calidad de nuestros ciudadanos, a partir de la innovación y mejora continua de nuestros procesos y dar el valor agregado de nuestras materias primas, porque actualmente las estamos ‘regalando’ a otros países que las comercializan de una mejor manera”.
El objetivo de la oficina administrar la transferencia de conocimiento y tecnología , gestión de servicios técnicos y tecnológicos, dispuesta para los diversos sectores de la sociedad, soportada en aspectos de innovación y crecimiento económico, con vinculación al trabajo académico para crear valor agregado con impacto regional pero también global con un enfoque prioritario de apoyo a la economía social y solidaria.
El M.C. Diego Bárcenas Torres, Director del TecNM campus Valle de Morelia, expresó que este Consejo es un espacio para retroalimentar y coincidir en el desarrollar ideas e impulsar proyectos en los que todos sean beneficiados y con ello impulsar las fortalezas de la institución nacional.
Por su parte, el presidente del Clustertim Rigoberto López Pérez y anfitrión de la sesión, precisó el cluster es un proyecto que inició en 2006 con 14 empresas trabajando, y fueron pioneros en tecnología, ya que antes de la pandemia eran más de 300 personas como programadores laborando en el edificio sin embargo, la pandemia se aceleró el trabajo en línea. Actualmente son 29 empresas, además del respaldo de fabricantes a nivel mundial, y actualmente enfatizaron sus esfuerzos en trabajar sobre la tecnología de la industria 4.0.
Finalmente los subdirectores de Planeación y Vinculación del Tecnológico de Morelia y del Valle de Morelia, Dr Omar Aguilar García y Obeth Hernández Díaz, expusieron la importancia de la Modalidad Dual que se ofrece en ambas instituciones porque permite a los estudiantes obtener la experiencia laboral miembras aprenden en su formación profesional de su campo de estudio.
